At Travelteq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury travel essentials. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
